This was supposed to be a Ribz freestlye, but his boy Stackz took the mic first and done a lot with it, feeling the new talent popping up these days. I still feel Ribz is an underrated MC, especially seeing as he made a tune about my most favourite thing in the world.....

So it looks like Taz is back, trying to get that mainstream paper again. This video is a Bassline remix of the original track Touch Me which I must say is a banger, dunno what to put it under, Electro / House / Toystep? Having being signed to Universal records, hopefully they will push it a bit harder because the track is out this month supposedly, but I have only just seen the video, regardless I like...

I'm Bacccckkkkk!!!

Sorry for the long ting with the blogging and that, but if you've read a few of my previous posts you will understand why. Although it's all still a lot at the moment, I still love my music which is getting me through it...

So what have I missed?

This is a massive track from Katie Pearl and ex Essential member (DJ Bossman) Perempay who made this monster of a Funky House track. The video is terrible though, what happened on a real though, I hope they do a remake. I swear I should start directing videos, I would do soo much of a lot, yes I am big headed and WHAT BLAD!
..............................................

Then on to Tim&Barry videos, this one coming from Tempa T and Chronik, who obviously seems to be on road now. This is a very big track from back ah day and as always Timoothy and Bazmondo's art direction is A-M-A-Z-E.
..............................................

People keep asking me do I think Joe Grind, Dubz and the rest of SN1 copy Giggs' flow, to be honest I think they all have their own style, it's just Giggs' came out first and they all have sort of the same swagger (I hate using that word but it just came to me so whatever) which may come across like they all flow the same, but I don't think so, what you think?
..............................................

And last but not least, my friend in Garms, aka Carri Mundane aka Cassette Playa is ON this month's cover of RWD magazine, afterall her label is ''Nando's, it's grime, it's dang, it's nang, it's day realness, it's major brappage''.. says the editor of i-D Magazine...

R.I.P Daniel Riviere, Gone But Never Forgotten...

Daniel Riviere

A murder investigation has been launched after a 21-year old man was attacked with a machete and dumped outside Kettering General Hospital. Shocked witnesses said they saw the man covered in blood and screaming for help before he was bundled into a car.

The attack happened in Union Street, Kettering, at about 1pm yesterday.

A machete and shovel, believed to have been used in the attack, were later found by police and three people were arrested in connection with the incident. A police spokesman said: "Three men who are believed to have been involved in the incident are in police custody as officers seek to establish the events that led to this man's death."

The spokesman said there will be an increased police presence in Kettering and Wellingborough as a result of the incident.

A neighbour described how she tried to help the man, who she could see was bleeding, but he was bundled into a car and driven off before she could call an ambulance. It is believed the car was driven to Kettering General Hospital where the victim dumped. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The eyewitness, who did not want to be named, said: "I saw three blokes with hooded tops on and what looked like scarves around their faces. One was holding a spade. I said I was going to call the police and they drove off in a car. I think the person in the passenger side was the one who got stabbed."

The woman said there was a shovel and large knife left in a car park used by residents in neighbouring Vale Street. Police sealed off the car park, where the victim was believed to have been stabbed, and a house further up the street. Forensic experts then carried out a search.

A post mortem will take place to establish how the man from Wellingborough died.

"It is believed that those involved in this incident were known to each other"
Superintendent Ivan Balhatchet, Police in Kettering and Wellingborough are working with the communities affected by the murder of 21-year-old Daniel Riviere from a single stab wound. Mr Riviere, 21, of Fulmar Lane, Wellingborough, died following an incident in Union Street, Kettering, just before 1pm on Monday.

A forensic post mortem examination has taken place at Leicester Royal Infirmary and the provisional cause of Daniel's death is a single stab wound to the chest. Three people remain in custody this evening, with a fourth man who was arrested in connection with the incident released without charge on Monday afternoon. Increased safer community team patrols have been put in place in the Union Street area and also on the Hemmingwell Estate in Wellingborough.

Superintendent Ivan Balhatchet, operations manager for Northamptonshire North police, said: "Local partners have been spoken to and are working with the police to reassure the community. "Serious incidents of this violent nature are thankfully extremely rare in Northamptonshire.

"It is believed that those involved in this incident were known to each other and there is no suggestion that there is a random threat of harm to people living or working in this part of Kettering. "Four men have been taken into custody in relation to this offence and a family liaison officer has been appointed to keep members of the victim's family updated with the course of the police investigation. "We have made contact with community leaders to discuss the incident but I should stress that both Kettering and Wellingborough have a tradition of very good race relations and there is no indication that this was a racially-motivated crime.

"We do not work in isolation, but in close partnership with a wide range of other agencies that share the common purpose of making the county a safe place in which to live and work."

Police are still appealing for anyone who was in the Union Street area of Kettering at around 1pm yesterday, Monday to contact them.

DCI Jan Meagher from the Major Investigation Team, said: "I would still like to speak to anyone who was in the Union Street area of Kettering at around 1pm on Monday.

"I would particularly like to speak to anyone who may have seen a Vauxhall Astra arrive shortly before 1pm and leave the street just past 1pm and contained a number of people.

Anyone with information about a Vauxhall Astra carrying a number of people which was driven away from the street just after 1pm is asked to contact police on 08453 700700 or Crime-stoppers on 0800 555111.

Life...

Just not too long got back from a Dizzling weekend in Leicester, been raving since Saturday night on a mad one, only to come back and find out that one of my friends was murdered. I am in some mad shock right about now, but what better way to get over shock than listen to some good music?

So here is the long awaited official new video for the Funky track of the moment Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes from the K.I.G / Mile Records family. The video is funny which makes it more appealing I think, but it also doesn't look as if the music director spent thaaat much on it either, but whatever. It also features cameos from Tinchy, Chippy, N-Dubz, Bashy and more (by the way Bish Bash Bosh did a remix with these guys, which you can download here). With the street video receiving nearly 1 Million views on youtube this tune has become something of a underground hit, with dance moves to go along with it. N-Dubz' label and all round underground music supporters, AATW have signed this track and it will be out March 23rd, go support people!

''Run Up In Tha Dance''...

Here is some footage of a run up that Dizzee Rascal, Newham Generals, Skepta & Jammer were a part of on Plastician's set earlier this month at Matter. I suggest you watch this until your eyes are bleeding, because it is unlikely this set will ever happen again with such randomness.
