I saw this video a couple weeks ago and I just saw it again on good old Prancehall's blog, which reminded me that I should really post this. People (Spyro) think I'm a hardcore Dizzle face, but I'm not at all :S . Anyway this track is from Gully Gang's Ribz and it is about the beloved MDMA drug that has been doing alot of things on the underground scene for a little while now. People think it's bad and I'm not promoting it, but shit man, all it will do is have your jaw swinging for a day or so that's all, get over it.

Roll Deep vs British National Party?

This is the new video from Roll Deep for the track Club 7, based around the recent controversial leaking of the BNP's member list . The video is alot just for having the list scrolling across the screen alone. Whilst writing this post a bar from Tempz came to mind, 'Run up in your parents house, I don't care about parents', I have a feeling a lot of that will be happening to a few of those racist people on that list...Oh well!

Wiley Featuring Kano & Ghetto - She Glows

This is the new video for the big track She Glows and features Grime's top 3, Wiley, Kano & Ghetts. It's good to see these guys all on one track NOT CLASHING each other for once and also shocked to see the appearance by William himself in the video, seeing as it's not a thing he does often.

The video is looking fresh still (although it is a bit cliche, champers, beer gyal, bling, but whatever)and I'm feeling the Funky dance that everyone is dropping in the video, (where does this dance come from by the way, I see people do it at every Funky rave?). This track is set for release February 2009, will it be dead by then I don't know, but I can guarantee it would have been a hit if it came out over Christmas.

Crazy Cousinz featuring MC Versatile - Funky Anthem

This is the video for the second single from Crazy Cousinz called Funky Anthem and features MC Versatile. The tune has been bubbling in the clubs for a hot minute now, I kinda like it still, it is a skankers! The video could have been a bit better though, maybe they just wanted to do something a little less commercial looking than the first video?

Doctor ft NY - Street Soldier

This is the new video from Doctor featuring NY for the track Street Soldier, which is produced by Grime heavyweight Davinche. I like this one, the tune has been about for a little while now but the video is looking clean still I must say, especially NY ; ). Track is out 15th December on iTunes.

I do think Wookie and NY need to bring out a video for Falling Again, I know it is Funky and I am supposed to hate it, but I have a confession readers, I just wrote an article on it, shame on me, it will be in the January issue of Mixmag, might do some more in other mags who knows, I just need to catch the Funky bug a bit more before I do though!

Slix & Dirty Dangerous - Bethnal Green

I like this track and video, it's different. Ruff Sqwad have always been the one's to experiment with different styles of music, which is rare in the Grime scene, to actually do it well as well, you have to rate them really.

GOD HELP THE UK MUSIC SCENE!

Just got in from The UMA's, it was a shambles, people are bringing road shit into places it shouldn't be in, it felt as if i was at some dodgy Bassline rave up north not an award show that was being streamed on ITV Local. I was at the front and saw a lot of stuff, im just glad the guy that got stabbed badly is still here with us. No informa business round here, all i will say is GOD IS VERY GOOD!

Three men have been stabbed at a music awards show in London, police have said. One man has been seriously hurt and two received minor injuries at the 6th Annual Urban Music Awards at The O2 Arena. One man has been seriously hurt and two received minor injuries at the 6th Annual Urban Music Awards at The O2 Arena Scotland Yard received reports of the attack shortly after 10pm. One man has been arrested.

A spokesman for London Ambulance Service said crews were called to reports of an "assault" at the arena, where they were treating patients. Initial reports described one of the injured as a 20-year-old man, he said, but he could not comment on how seriously people were hurt.

Using dance and movement to explore issues and stigma relating to HIV in modern Africa and the UK, OYO from Namibia, Africa, will represent alongside leading British street dance groups Boy Blue Entertainment, East London Dance, Fuzzy Logic and Bennu.

Performing to music supplied by Boy Better Know, Goldielocks, The Streets and Mystery Jets, the show will also feature films alongside the performances to give the audience an insight into the journey each group took to create their work.
