Mockery...
Big up BNTL for finding this. I think this video is an abomination, taking the micky out of people feeling the Spirit in Church, when your there seeing people go on like this in front of your face its hard not to believe it is God making them do that. Might sound silly but go to a Pentecostal Church for a day you'll get prang, mind the chair legs dont lick out your eyes by someone kicking it over in the Holy Ghost lol...

This track is quite old in the Bassline scene, it goes back to Niche days, but now it has been signed by record label AATW. Video is looking professional it does have the cheesy feel to it but, meh!. Produced by PeaceMakaz and vocals by Danielle Senior.

What's Going On Star?
What is going on with our people? Let me stress it is not just Black people, all races are getting caught up in this ting. I am not gonna lie, when your on the roads it is very easy to get caught up in the Shank and Gun thing but it has reached it's worst state yet. I remember in my brother's Jungle days (when everyone used to buss the multicoloured Moschino and Versace garms) it was still man dem taking it to the street using fist's if they had beef and they were raggo back then aswell, now you'll be lucky if you get shanked.
But as a nation what can we really do to stop all of this? Because on one hand we have all the younger's coming up who are very much on this ting and then we have the government, ha FUCK the government, they love seeing this happen, that isn't me being ignorant it's me being real. I guess we will have to just leave it to the Lord, he is the only one that can really change the situation.

iRecommend: RocknRolla
This is the new film from Guy Ritchie and it is probably one of the best films i have seen this year, although i haven't been inside the four walls of a cinema in yonks, so i don't know what else has been doing alot.
This film is supposed to be based around controversial man of the moment Pete Doherty, i got that impression straight away when i first saw the character Johnny Quidd (played by Toby Kebbell) on screen.
It's like Green Street meets Lock Stock, it features actors Idris Elba and Ludacris also. I don't want to spoil it for you so go and watch it init.

The Saviour Of UK Rap?
His music consists of the daily struggles on the streets of London and some may class his music as 'too road' but he remains true to himself and puts his own perspective on what goes on in his surroundings through his music, which is refreshing as it seems alot of Hip Hop acts these days are afraid to be 'too real' as they feel they may be not be marketable enough to Record Labels. With an ever growing fan base and MySpace hits reaching 7,000 plus hits a day he is very much in demand, recently being a main feature on Tim Westwood's BBC 1xtra show and more. I had to holla at the guy to see what all the hype is about.
When did you start rapping?
It started off as a Garage thing in 2002 but then I went to jail in 2003 and got back on it from 2004 when I came out, so it's been four, five years now.
Why do you think everyone's rating you so much at the moment?
I'm not even sure man, its probably because I rap about what everyone's going through you get me, just say like your upset about something then you listen to my music I will show you that I'm kinda going through the same thing and so is probably everyone else on the reality side of things, basically I'm just spitting some real shit really, in a nut shell.
What would you say to those who think your lyrics contain too much road talk?
Ahh they need to wake up and smell the coffee man (Laughs) because really and truly these things are happening out here you get me and I'm just trying to explain it in a nice way.
There are rumours going around that you have been signed to Kano's record label is that true?
I don't even know Kano man (Laughs), I didn't know there was a rumour like that because no one in the hood knows about what's going on in the industry or grime artists and that so I don't hear about them things myself, your one of the first people to tell me that.
Do you like Grime music and what do you think of that scene?
I don't even listen to Grime, I listen to Ghetto and that's about it, I'm more of a rap person, Grime is too fast for me (Laughs), most of the mcs just say the same things over and over you get me some joke thing, one or two man spit properly, Skepta is alright. You know what it is, little youths arguing I cant take it seriously because man doesn't argue without repercussions you know them ones there (Laughs) and when I hear people cussing peoples mums I don't understand it. I rap about pain and that's why I don't do diss tracks and all them things I don't call other artist name because that's a whole different kettle of fish.
So do you intend on getting a major record label deal in the near future?
Yeah I would like to get a deal but not some shit UK deal with them talking about £70,000, I'm looking Millions even a half would do me (Laughs), but really and truly I'm sure I can make all that money myself, I just hope people buy and support the album but I no mandem don't want to buy cds, they would rather download it or something (Laughs) but I hope people support it.
What do you think of the underground UK Hip Hop scene as at the moment?
Yeah the underground scene is hard, there are alot of rappers out there that are sick fam from all corners, you've got Young Spray from North and Mash Town from East and there are heavy yongers in Peckham, there are talented rappers out there but people just need to take note and start listening.
What can people expect from your 'Walk In Da Park' album?
Its just some real shit on cd you get me, bits and pieces of my life, twisted it up a bit because its not about baiting up anything (Laughs), a few tunes for the ladies few tunes for the mandem, positive and negative, you know what it is people can say its all negative but life is messed up fam and me telling people what's really going on isn't going to change anything or make anything worse or better out there, most of them people saying were influencing the youngers don't know how it is out here. What would they prefer me do? Write down about what pisses me off or go or buy a strap and start spraying (Laughs) its like people want people to do that without them understanding what's going on.
What are your plans for the future?
Just to carry on with my music and make it good for the hood because there is mad talent in the hood, rappers, graphic designers, you've got your comedians aswell and I just want to do my thing and bring the hood with me.

Classic: Number 5
Who remembers when this track was circulating in the clubs 05/06? I saw this video on TV today and it brought back funny memories of when all the man dem tried to go on like they never liked this tune, with all the 'I dont listen to dance music man, allow it' talk. You would see heads trying their hardest not to shake a leg to this tune in the rave when it came on, and it was bait that everyone was slyly feeling it. I think the point when everyone started to really like this was when Fire Camp brought out their version of the track. By the way The Camp are still in the grime game with a new album in tow, im hearing some interesting stuff.

Hipster Hip Hopper Takes Over UK Clubs?
US rapper Kid Cudi could be classed as one of them underground trendy type hip hop acts like The Cool Kids, ray ban shades, colorful new era's blah blah blah...But his Day and Night track has been doing alot in clubs and MySpace pages alike recently despite actually being quite an old tune, i am talking about the electro remix by Italian outfit Crookers by the way not the original. It's odd that there was no video made for it.
